Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum to start selling?
Shop locations, finished products with prices and stock, and an open cash register. Recipes and production can follow, but stock is only right once production orders are used.
How do I load my current stock?
Enter opening stock per location for raw materials at the bakehouse and finished goods at each shop, or import it from Excel.
Should I delete test production orders?
Cancel test orders before they are completed. If you completed one, reopen it (possible while none of its stock has moved) and cancel it.
Who do I contact if something doesn't work?
Check Troubleshooting first, then contact support through smartposhub.com/contact.
