Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum to open?
A location, your drinks and food with prices and sizes, an open cash register and a receipt printer or e-mail receipts. Screens, tabs and loyalty can follow.
How do I train baristas fast?
Let each person ring up five drinks with different sizes and milks, send them to the bar screen and bump them. It takes ten minutes.
Should I delete test sales?
Yes. Return or delete test sales and close the test register before opening day so reports start clean.
Who do I contact if something doesn't work?
Check Troubleshooting first, then contact support through smartposhub.com/contact.
