Frequently asked questions

Do I have to update prices every day?

Only when the gold rate moves enough to matter for you. Export with Products › Update Price, recalculate in Excel and import. Pieces sold by the gram only need the price per gram changed.

How do I count the showcase quickly?

Run a stock count for the jewelry categories, or check the Stock Report by category. Unique pieces have stock 1, so a missing piece shows straight away.

Where do I see custom orders due today?

Sell › Personalised orders, card Due today.

Where do I see layaway instalments that are late?

Sell › All sales, Payment Status filter Overdue.
